Product Warranty
Thank you for your interest in the products of XZYTE E-RIDES LLC dba Xzyte E-Scooters and E-Bikes (“Company“, “we”, “us”, or “our”). This Limited Warranty applies to All Products purchased from us.What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.What will we do to correct problems?
- we will replace any parts deemed to have been damaged during shipping. Shipping damage must be reported to XZYTE E-RIDES LLC within 7 days of shipment arrival.
- defective parts will be sent at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts. You will NOT be refunded as compensation for your time and efforts in replacing the defective parts.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for all e-scooters and e-bikes purchased from us is one (1) year from the date of purchase.A Product replacement or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product or 1 year from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:- conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
- alterations to the product
- misuse or lack of proper maintenance
- the warranty period has expired
- accessories sold on xzyterides.com are NOT covered under warranty
- products that are not sold by us
- any unathorized alterations, after market modifications, or repairs are NOT covered and may void this warranty
- normal wear and tear parts;
Electric Scooters- tires, tubes, brakes, brake pads, cables and housings, grips, deck grip tape, mud guard, front and rear fenders, clamps, shock absorbers/suspensions , and etc.
- tires, wheels, rims, tubes, battery handle/case, brakes, brake pads, rotors, cables and housings, grips, spokes, shock absorbers/suspensions, and etc.
What do you have to do?
To obtain warranty service, you must first Contact Us and report the issue so we can be able to troubleshoot and determine the problem and apply the most appropriate solution for you.Note: All replacement parts will not be sent without clear photographic or video evidence has been provided to XZYTE E-RIDES LLC. XZYTE E-RIDES LLC may request additional documentation to clearly and accurately diagnose the problem and processing the warranty claim request.
